The Association was officially formed on October 3 1996; it has a Board of nine Directors. Any cemetery in New Brunswick may join it and enjoy the benefits that are available.

The 2025 Fall Annual General Meeting will be held October 24 2025, at 1 PM at the Lutz Mountain Meeting House, 3143 Mountain Road, Moncton.
